Advanced Chiropractic Care in Utah
At AMIT Clinics Draper, we provide advanced chiropractic care designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and help your body heal naturally. Whether you are struggling with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply want your body to perform at its best, our team is here to support your health and mobility.
Who We Are
AMIT Clinics was founded by Dr. Craig Buhler, D.C., who developed the Advanced Muscle Integration Technique through 45 years of practice and 26 years as team chiropractor for the Utah Jazz. The original clinic opened in Kaysville in June 2002. Today the team has grown to include physicians trained directly in the AMIT method, and the Draper location extends that care to patients across Salt Lake County and the Wasatch Front.
Our patients range from professional and Olympic athletes to weekend skiers, post-surgical patients, and families dealing with chronic joint pain. Many find us after trying other things first — physical therapy, injections, standard chiropractic, sometimes a surgical consult — and want a different read on what is actually causing the problem.
What Makes AMIT Different
Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (AMIT®) — a diagnostic and treatment system that identifies neurologically inhibited muscles and restores their function, so the body can stabilize and move the way it is supposed to.
Most musculoskeletal pain shows up in a compensating structure, not the structure that actually failed. Traditional treatment targets the pain site; AMIT looks for where function broke down first. When the inhibited muscle is restored, the compensation pattern resolves, and the pain it was producing tends to resolve with it. That is why the method has held up across decades of NBA, NFL, and Olympic-level care.
